Cancellation Policy
Nature’s Harmony Massage understands that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
Cancellations completed prior to a 48 hour window will be No charge. Cancellations in less than 48 hours but over 24 hours prior to the appointment will be charged 50% of massage rate.
24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged full amount for their “missed” appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for payment of the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
Exception: If there is an extreme circumstance and the appointment can be rescheduled within a reasonable time frame (one week) of original appointment. Please inform therapist as soon as onset of illness in advance and kindly reschedule your appointment to avoid spreading illness. Please do not come into massage session ill. If you’ve had symptoms of other illness for several days prior to session, advanced notice must be given so that proper measures can be taken. In case of sudden onset of illness such as flu-like symptoms please inform therapist immediately of your situation so appointment can be rescheduled appropriately.
Payment of canceled or missed appointments can be paid via check or cash prior to next scheduled appointment sent to address billed or through pay app on FB messenger. You will not receive future services until the fee is paid in full. Fee is waived in case of unexpected circumstances or if you are experiencing any symptoms of Covid, flu or any other serious contagious illness.
