I've always wanted to help people heal but knew I didn't want to work in a hospital setting. Ever since I was young I was a hugger and always was massaging people's shoulders. One day I had a friend say to me that I should just go for it and take classes to learn techniques for what I already loved doing. That's when I realized that I could help people using a more holistic approach.
I entered into massage therapy to help others alleviate pain in muscles and help to ease migraines. I've suffered with migraines and tendonitis for years and know first hand the debilitating pain associated with it. My goal is to help others with chronic pain find a more natural approach to heal the pain associated with these conditions as well as sciatica, and back/neck/shoulder pain and tension. I've been working with clients for over 15 years who have back injuries and surgery. I am continuously studying and researching various conditions to find new innovative ways to help my clients find relief from their pain. I think of myself as a life-long learner always interested in finding new methods and techniques to help my clients. Massage to me is not just a job but a passion of mine that I feel blessed to have as a natural born skill.
